Other benefits of moderate alcohol consumption, particularly red wine, include reduced risk of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, gallstones and dementia, longer lifespan, and even improved sex drive.
Just be sure you can control your intake, alcohol has played a huge role in most automobile accidents and other violent crimes. In fact, over 16,000 people die every year in car accidents in which it is involved. So don’t drink and drive, especially if you’ve had too much!
