It can be as simple as walking to your work, cycling, running, jogging, or climbing the stairs. It’s not as bad as you think. You can always amp up your workouts to make it more enjoying for you. Exercise works beyond making your body fit. It also boosts your body’s ability to release your feel-good hormones called endorphins, which can also ease stress and depression. The more frequent you exercise, the more you will feel better. Just note that it doesn’t always have to be a hard one, so don’t feel bad if you’re not such a fan!
