Thanks to America’s fear of fat, most of us opt for low- and no- fat options when we hit the dairy section in our local grocery stores. But why? Is skim milk really better for you? Maybe not. In fact, according to a study published in the journal Circulation, it might be time to put down the skim and reach, instead, for whole milk. Rejoice!
