In an announcement made yesterday, Tyson is recalling 132,520 pounds of fully cooked chicken nuggets that may contain bits of hard plastic. Tyson was alerted to this problem when consumers came forward after finding “foreign material” in their chicken nuggets. The foreign material turned out to be hard plastic, which ranged in size from 21 millimeters in length and 6.5 millimeters in diameter. The hard plastic is believed to come from broken machinery where the chicken nuggets are processed.
via WordPress https://jonathanwilhoite.wordpress.com/2016/09/28/tyson-recalls-over-130000-pounds-of-chicken-nuggets-food-safety/

What impressed me most wasn’t that he had a larger (and more well-seasoned) set of cast iron than me, but the smart way he stored his cast iron pans.
via WordPress https://jonathanwilhoite.wordpress.com/2016/09/28/store-your-cast-iron-with-this-one-thing-to-make-it-last-longer-pan-of-iron-pan-of-steel/ Wake up to yoga. Literally. A new yoga alarm could change the way we greet the day. Most alarms get a pretty bad rap — it’s their job to be annoying and disruptive — and no matter what beep bop boop or blaring siren you choose, they’re usually met with some form of ughhh. Ever try to reason with a kid about food, screen time, or even wearing pants? You’re not alone. Long before Bad Moms, there was Scary Mommy, a website that let us know that when it comes to parenthood, it’s okay to laugh, cry, and hide out in the basement with a laptop and a beer. Jill Smokler is the original Scary Mommy, first creating the site to deliver an honest and hilarious portrait of her adventures as a stay-at-home mom. Since then, Jill has become a New York Times bestselling author, and Scary Mommy is a movement. It’s a place where 30 million imperfect parents stop by each month to read heart-wrenching and often hysterical tales about parenthood.
via WordPress https://jonathanwilhoite.wordpress.com/2016/09/27/how-jill-smokler-of-scary-mommy-masters-her-mondays-monday-masters/ window.ATGalleries = window.ATGalleries || {}; With shorter days and crisper temperatures heading our way, having a warm, home-cooked dinner waiting for us when we walk in the door is such a comfort. My friends knew they had a standing invite to come over around 7 p.m. for dinner. They brought the wine; I made the food. To help cover the cost of ingredients, everyone generously threw in a few dollars. Sometimes five friends showed up, other times there were 15. When it was a larger group, we’d set up a folding card table and chairs to provide extra seating.
via WordPress https://jonathanwilhoite.wordpress.com/2016/09/27/did-instagram-ruin-the-dinner-party-crappy-dinner-parties/ http://feeds.wordpress.com/1.0/comments/nutritionclubca.wordpress.com/2346/ http://ifttt.com/images/no_image_card.png Are you passionate about sports, fitness, supplementation and nutrition?
